Where is your matcha sourced from?
Our matcha is sourced from Japan and produced using carefully cultivated tea leaves that are shade-grown before harvest and stone-ground into a fine powder.
Is your matcha organic?
Yes. Our matcha is certified organic and contains no additives, sweeteners, preservatives, or fillers.

Can I drink it without milk?
Absolutely. Although RYM is crafted specifically to excel in lattes, it can also be enjoyed traditionally with water.
How do I make the perfect matcha latte?
- Sift 1–2g of matcha into a bowl or cup.
- Add 60–80ml of hot water (around 80°C).
- Whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Add your favourite milk.
- Enjoy hot or iced.
How much caffeine is in matcha?
Matcha naturally contains caffeine along with L-theanine, an amino acid known for promoting a calmer, more sustained energy experience compared to coffee.
The exact caffeine content varies, but a typical serving of matcha contains approximately 30–70mg of caffeine.
Will matcha make me jittery?
Many people find matcha provides a smoother, more balanced energy experience than coffee due to the natural combination of caffeine and L-theanine.

How many servings are in a 50g tin?
A 50g tin typically provides:
- Around 25 servings using 2g per drink
- Around 50 servings using 1g per drink
